As a resident of California, you have specific rights under state law regarding your personal information. The following outlines your rights and how to exercise them in accordance with the California Shine the Light Law and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).


California Shine the Light Law


If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request, once per year, information about how The Head Spa  shares your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact our Privacy Office at the following address:

When submitting your request, please clearly state that you are requesting a "California Shine the Light Notice." We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.


Privacy Rights Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)


You have the following rights regarding your personal information collected by The Head Spa:

    You may request information on what personal data     The Head Spa has collected about you during the past 12 months. This includes:
