Whether you’ve enjoyed a relaxing treatment or purchased a product from our retail line, we believe in making returns as easy and seamless as possible. If something isn’t quite right, follow the simple steps below to return your items or request a refund.
How to Return Unwanted Items
Returning a product is easy! Follow these steps:
- Register Your Return
Start your return by clicking [HERE] to begin the process with our return partner, ZigZag. You will be directed to their portal where you can easily process your return request. Please note that by using this service, you will be subject to ZigZag’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. - Post Your Return
After registration, you’ll have the option to choose a carrier for your return. Simply follow the instructions to print your return label and drop off your package at the designated location. - We’ll Take Care of the Rest
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund and notify you via email. This usually takes 3-5 working days from the date we receive your return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in pristine, unused condition and returned within 60 days of receipt. If you have any questions about returns outside of this policy, please contact our customer service team [HERE], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What is Your Returns Policy?
We strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product within 60 days of receipt, provided it is in pristine condition. This means the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately through My Account, and we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.
How Do I Start a Return?

Can I Return a Product If I No Longer Want It?
If you’ve changed your mind, no problem! We accept returns on all orders, provided the items are unused, unopened, and the seals are intact. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us directly through My Account so we can resolve the issue for you.
What Happens Once My Item Is Returned?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 working days. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund is on its way! If you don’t receive your refund after 10 working days from the date you received the email, please contact our Customer Service team via My Account.
What if I received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product?
If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team through My Account for assistance. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.
Can I return a product after 60 days?
We can only accept returns within 60 days of receipt. If you have any special circumstances, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll review your case.
