Cancellation Policy

Our treatments are longer than traditional salon services and require dedicated preparation, planning, and reserved time with your Hairologist. Late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on both our Hairologists and other guests who may be waiting for an opportunity to receive care.

To respect the time of our team and all clients, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made as early as possible.

Cancellation Requests:

48 hours before your appointment WILL NOT incur a fee.

Within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, they will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service value.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies whenever possible.
